1岁半的宝宝可以喝纯牛奶,因为之前孩子的饮食以奶为主,而消化系统尚未完全发育,所以牛奶中的蛋白质和矿物质含量较高,可能对身体造成一定负担。但当孩子1岁后,营养摄入已经转移到日常三餐的饮食上,牛奶只作为辅助。随着消化系统逐渐发育完善,大部分孩子已经做好了能消化和吸收牛奶中营养物质的身体准备。因此,如果孩子1岁后日常膳食营养均衡、能接受牛奶口味且胃肠适应,就可以选择喝牛奶。在喝之前,需要煮开(煮沸5分钟),然后晾温后给孩子喝。如果孩子偏食,建议继续喝母乳或适合自己的配方奶,但需要特别注意的是,一开始给孩子添加牛奶时,要逐步少量地过渡,如果孩子没有不良反应,再慢慢加量。
