宝宝的正常体温在 36 度到 37 度之间，而且，不同部位的正常体温也是不一样的。宝宝的正肛温在 36.9 度到 37.5 度之间；正腋温在 36 度到 37.2 度之间；正口温在 36.6 度到 37.3 度之间。

当婴儿测量的体温比基础体温高或低 1 度时，就被认为是发烧。但是，当宝宝的体温在 38 度左右波动时，说明宝宝处于地热状态；当宝宝的体温高于 39 度时，说明宝宝此时处于高热状态。此外，当宝宝连续发烧两周以上时，说明宝宝已经进入了长期发烧状态，此时的宝宝是非常危险的。
