2. 无氧运动主要用于提高身体骨骼肌含量，并提高基础代谢率。每增加1公斤的肌肉，每天可以消耗约150大卡的热量。当肌肉增加1公斤后，即使我睡觉，一天坐着不动也会比之前多消耗热量。在做完后，我都会进行拉伸，放松肌肉。这套方法让我成功减掉了30斤，并养成了良好健康的生活习惯，使身体各方面素质有所提高。
