对于捐卵者的身体要求

捐卵者能取出多少卵子，最后能够有多少能形成正常的胚胎，这都和捐卵者的身体健康分不开的。只有取出足够的卵子，并且卵子质量良好，试管婴儿的成功率才会越高。因此一个女性最后能否捐卵取决于医疗机构对于捐卵者进行的严格体检。只有体检合格后，才可以进行捐卵。

那么，什么样的女性才可以捐卵呢？

首先，捐卵女性的年龄要在23-30岁之间，年龄过小，卵巢还没有发育成熟，卵子的成熟度也不好，不适合捐卵。而年龄越大，卵巢功能及卵子质量都会下降，会使婴儿的畸形率增加。而且年龄越大，卵巢对于促排卵药物的反应会降低，成熟卵子的数量会减少，要是增加用药量的话，还会对卵巢过度刺激，严重的话会产生卵巢过度刺激综合征的风险，对捐卵者的身体造成损害。

其次是卵巢的储备功能。卵巢的储备功能越好，就证明可以取得足够的成熟卵子，因为捐卵一次至少要捐10颗左右，才能保证有足够的卵子来时行试管婴儿，提高试管婴儿的成功率。

最后就是捐卵者以前是否捐过卵：因为每个捐卵者在捐卵时都会有详细的记录，包括体检报告，卵巢的储备功能，及取出卵子的数量及卵子的成熟度等等，这对以后的捐卵有着很重要的参考意义。

捐卵者想要在捐卵前一定要注意自己的身体健康，做到生活作息规律，不抽烟不喝酒。不熬夜。
