排卵期和排卵日的区别主要是持续时间。1、排卵日。排卵日通常是指排卵的这一天,即哪天排卵,哪天就是排卵日。如果平时月经周期比较规律,基本是一个月左右一次,那么排卵日一般会发生在下次来月经的前两周,也可以通过做B超监测来进行判断。2、排卵期。排卵期通常是指容易受孕的这几天的范围,而不限于排卵日这一天。因为精子可以存活2~3天,而卵子可以存活1~2天,所以通常把排卵日的前4天到后3天这一周怀孕几率比较高的时间称之为排卵期。
