畸胎瘤手术是临床上常见的手术之一,属于卵巢生殖细胞中最常见的肿瘤之一,多发于年轻女性,通常在生殖系统做彩超检查时被发现。大多数患者希望保留生育功能,因此手术治疗是主要的手段。由于畸胎瘤通常为单侧卵巢发病,即使复发也很少会累及到对侧的卵巢和子宫,所以手术一般都在腹腔镜或开腹下进行,只切除患侧的单侧卵巢和附件,进行畸胎瘤的剥除手术,并对患者进行全面的分期探查术,以评估患者的总体病情。在有条件的情况下,尽可能地保留患者的生育功能。如果发现畸胎瘤,应及时住院手术治疗,以免延误病情。
