被需求者看中后，去需求者做手术所在的医院，签约后，和需求者调经，月经调成一致就可以捐卵取卵了。也有不需要调经，直接检查合格后开始促排卵的。捐卵志愿者在来例假的第二天到医院体检，体检合格，开始打促排卵针，这个过程大约为7-12天左右，中间会监控卵子的情况，根据卵子情况来控制用药，最后一针为夜针，之后在36个钟头内取卵。
取卵（一般为7-10分钟）
1.取卵医师经阴道利用长针穿刺取卵。
2．医师透过超音波圈像，以长针将卵子一颗颗抽出。
3．以长针取出卵子，存放在试管中。整个过程无痛苦，取完后休息4个小时即可出院。
