药流不干净b超会怎么显示

药流不干净时，B超会显示子宫内有残留的胎囊或不均质回声。如果药流不干净，宫腔内会有残留的孕囊，B超会显示子宫内可见囊性结构。此时建议患者在医生指导下服用米非司酮，促进子宫收缩，有利于残留物的清除，同时需要加强抗感染治疗。一般情况下，在1周内进行复查B超。若仍有残留物和出血量增加，则需要进行清宫。如果药流后出现腹痛或阴道出血多于月经量或持续时间超过两周等症状，建议患者及时就医，以免延误病情。
