Q：为什么男生捐精很普遍,而女生捐卵则引起很多人的争议？
A：捐卵和捐精是有本质区别的,因为精子的捐出是数以千万计的,每一毫升数量要求有一千五百万以上,甚至上亿,且男性正常情况下每隔三四天就排泄一次精子,这是符合生理特征的.女性就完全不同了,女性的卵子不是生生不息的,而是妈妈送给女儿的礼物,什么时候把卵子排空了,就意味着这个女性将会绝经.女人的生理周期以月为单位,一个月只有一个成熟的卵子排出,从一个卵子变成一个胚胎也有一个消耗的过程,因此卵子的排出过程与精子截然不同.
别的,捐精时精子的生理排出并不须要额定运用啥药物,但女人生理排出一月只要一次,每次排出的卵子只要一个,若要捐卵显然是不够用的.只要一个卵子不能确保它100%能和精子联系,跟精子联系后也不能确保100%就能变成一个优异胚胎,继而变成一个健康的个别,在做试管婴儿时,B超下可见的卵子都应被取出来,要到达这个意图,就要用促排卵的药物.
